The Annual Xernona Clayton Brady Scholarship Overview

The Atlanta Association of Black Journalists (AABJ) is excited to assist students in their desire to achieve success in the journalism field.

Since 1976, AABJ has served as the collective voice of Atlanta’s African-American media talent, representing hundreds of professionals in print, radio, television, public relations and new media.

With the help of corporate sponsors, the Xernona Clayton Scholarship Fund awards a total of $10,000 to three (3) deserving students in metro Atlanta. The eligibility requirements for receiving the Xernona Clayton Scholarship awards are listed on the scholarship application.

Please make all qualified students aware of this wonderful opportunity. Application submissions are closed at this time. The  students selected will be award the Xernona Clayton Scholarship in the fall, and will be recognized at the AABJ Awards Banquet in spring 2011.
